How do I know that your treatment is working and that I’m not wasting my money?
Normally, if you see a TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) doctor for two visits and you don’t see any improvements, then you should keep looking and switch to another TCM doctor.
In my treatments, combining herbal medicine with energy treatment, if you do not see or feel any improvements after one visit, then you do not have to come back to see me. I don’t want to waste your money and my time. This one visit will include herbal medicine and energy treatment. The herbal medicine will be taken for four days, after which you should see and feel improvements.
After this one visit you should feel more energetic. You will sleep better, eat better, have less pain, and your symptoms will decrease.
For some serious diseases, like cancer or a disease where you cannot feel the real change easily, four visits are necessary. X-rays, MRIs, blood work, etc. will be needed to see if there has been any measurable improvement. If there is real improvement, then you would need to return to me for continued treatments.
Do you take any insurance?
Some insurance policies cover acupuncture for certain conditions, but we don’t process insurance in our office. We can provide you with a receipt that has the correct billing codes on it, which will help you be reimbursed from your insurance company for your treatment.
